WHAT IS SPINAL DECOMPRESSION

  • Spinal Decompression therapy is a non-invasive, non-surgery treatment for patients who suffer from neck, back and leg pain
  • The therapy works by gently extending and stretching the spine using the decompression machine
  • A negative intradiscal pressure is created to change the force and position of the spine

  • The machine exerts a suction force. This gently pulls apart the spine, lengthening it for a brief period
  • While the spine is pulled apart, the pressure on the vertebrae and spinal discs is relieved
  • Wrong alignment is corrected when the machine returns the spine to its normal length
