Chiropractor

Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultations, examinations and treatment programs and patient education
  • Provide Comprehensive X-ray analysis, concise case correlation, sound case management

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Chiropractor or equivalent with good standing or licensed to practice
  • Posses knowledgeable and/or experience in patient management

Receptionist / Front Desk Officer / Retail Operation Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Be part of a team that provide professional Chiropractic care, and educate patients and their family on Chiropractic care
  • Handle front desk duties which includes attending to enquiries, patient registration and appointments, administering billing and cashiering duties
  • Manage patient flow in the clinic and assist Chiropractors in providing care to the patients
  • Assist at roadshows, corporate talks and other marketing events
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a NiTEC / GCE N Level / GCE O Level / Diploma
  • Possess good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin
  • At least 1 year in customer service / retail experience
  • Knowledge in basic computer skills with keen interest in exploring new things
  • Singaporean / PR

Sales/Clinic Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day to day operations of the clinic(s) to ensure its smooth running.
  • Oversee a team of Retail Operation Staff, coaching and motivating them to maintain the team’s stability, morale and a consistent service standard. Achieve the stated key performance indicators/outcome in the area of patient service, sales and company guidelines/SOPs
  • Ensure sufficient inventory level for all clinics. Work closely with marketing team to maximize sales and promotion activities
  • Follow up with daily reports and cash collection/tally with closing and to Finance. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Possess good interpersonal & communication skils
  • Proven good sales track record
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin/Malay
  • Relevant experience in the healthcare industry is advantage
  • Goal oriented, problem solver, resourceful, self-motivated, responsible and independent
  • Knowledge in basic computer skills
  • At least 2 years’ experience in leading and managing a team
  • Singaporean/PR
